P-Notice Board

● If rural people wants to access any information / notice / report issued by gram panchayat, he has to go to gram panchayat office. Gram panchayat uses various means to convey information like - pasting notice, wall writing or munadi. Similarly if a villager wants to know information issued by zila panchayat or Janpad ( block ) panchayat, he has either to depend on newspaper or has to go personally to zila or janpad panchayat office.Still there is no guarantee that intended information has reached the target audience.

● This all is going to change with use of “C G P-notice board” App. any citizen desiring to know information, can register himself on the App by clicking on “ Citizen registration “ option and entering mobile number. He will receive OTP ( one time password ) and entering OTP, citizen will be registered for receiving information. He has the option to register himself for receiving information / notices from all levels i.e.- state, zila, janpad or gram panchayat or any of them.After that, if any information is issued by PRI, citizen will receive SMS with the subject of information. On the App, citizen has the option of taking print out of notice also. He can access both recent or old information. Any citizen from anywhere in India can have the access to information issued by his gram panchayat or any other PRI.

● This is an App of Chhattisgarh Govt., Department of Panchayat & Rural Development and any information uploaded on it, is by authorized person. At present, this service is totally free.
